Willmeng Construction proved to be one of the industry’s “Best” once again, winning the 2016 Industrial Tenant Improvement of the Year award. The project that earned East Group / Willmeng top honors in this category was the build out of Stone Creek Furniture’s new distribution/warehouse and showroom located in Chandler, Arizona.
Willmeng tackled the 44,000 square foot project in three parts—the display area with a fully functional kitchen, the back offices, and warehouse areas. The Willmeng team worked closely with the developer and tenant to ensure their needs were met at every phase of construction.
