Surprise Fire Station No. 308 is a new single-story fire station of approximately 15,872 square feet. The proposed facility includes a four-bay apparatus, 10 dormitories, a fitness room, and work/living space. The site is approximately 3.5 acres of undeveloped land located on the southeast corner of N. Litchfield Road and W. Cactus Road.
