City of Chandler Dr. A.J. Chandler Park Phase 1 Improvements

Willmeng is renovating Dr. A.J. Chandler Park, a 5.62-acre landmark in the heart of Downtown Chandler. Originally developed in 1912, the park serves as a gathering place for festivals, events, dining, and community activities. Phase One improvements include new infrastructure and hardscape, shade structures, technology features, and a new pedestrian crossing across Arizona Avenue. The project will help modernize the park while preserving its role as a central gathering place for the growing downtown community.
