Willmeng is completing site and infrastructure improvements at the City of Scottsdale Water Campus, an active facility supporting critical water operations and public services. The project includes preparation for a future 19,000 SF Water Quality Laboratory, utility relocations, parking lot reconstruction, grading, and new drainage and stormwater improvements. Sustainable features include solar canopies and EV charging stations, with careful coordination required to maintain campus operations throughout construction.
