Willmeng is proud to partner with Schnitzer Properties on the construction of Drexel Commerce Center, a new industrial development designed to advance the area’s ongoing economic development and job creation.
Located in Tucson, this project is a new industrial park with two state-of-the-art, concrete tilt-up buildings totaling 184,080 square feet. Designed for multi-tenant use, the facilities include fully air-conditioned interiors, rear dock and grade-level loading, and heavy power capacity—making them well-suited for light manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution.
Building A offers 116,480 square feet with configurations for up to six tenants, while Building B provides 67,600 square feet with the potential for nine tenants. The buildings feature clear heights of 30 and 26 feet, respectively, and offer flexible leasing options to accommodate both small businesses and larger-scale industrial users.
