Phoenix Union High School District Camelback High School Administration Building Renovation

This project renovated approximately 10,351 SF across two existing buildings at Camelback High School. Originally constructed in the 1960s, the buildings were reconfigured to support modern school operations, with Building 1,100 converted into new Special Education space and Building 3,100 transformed into updated administrative offices.

A key component of the project was the creation of a new administrative entrance in a separate building, repositioning the administration center closer to the heart of campus. The new entry provides controlled access directly from the parking lot, improving security and creating a more efficient arrival experience for staff and visitors. Together, these improvements support the district’s long-term vision for a safer, more functional, and modernized campus.
