The Willmeng team recently joined current and former patients and their families in the Phoenix Children’s Hospital 5K race. More than $42,000 were raised, which will directly support the vital programs, services, talent and cutting-edge technology offered at the hospital.
“This Phoenix Children’s 5K was awesome! Seeing everyone out there walking or running to make a difference in the lives of patients at PCH was empowering,” said Renee Hurtado, construction administrator. “It was a fun family event. A volunteer told me that Willmeng was the biggest group there! I love being a part of something bigger.”
Ashleigh Bechtel, Willmeng’s human resources coordinator, agreed. “I feel so fortunate to work for a company who is dedicated to our community, employee well-being and building team camaraderie.”
