In April 2017, Willmeng announced a company-wide wellness program that encouraged employees and their spouses to lead healthier lives. Each individual willing to commit to the three-month challenge was provided with a Fitbit Charge 2 to monitor daily steps, distance and activity levels. This quarter’s winners were announced at our annual midyear retreat, and are as follows:
“Summer is Coming” is the team that came in first place overall for most steps, most distance and most active minutes. They each won $300 Amex gift cards. Team members include:

- Ken Carter, project manager, and spouse, Carolyn
- Patrick Smith, superintendent
- Craig Waymire, project engineer intern
“Willmeng’s Best” is the team that lost the most weight by percent, and they each received $100. Team members include:
- Mike Mongelli, chief operating officer, and spouse, Jennifer
- Dean Lutgen, project manager, and spouse, JoAnna
- Tom Fyffe, project manager, and spouse, Erin
- Jon Anderson, superintendent
- Kotresha MMJ, project engineer
