[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]In support of first responders throughout the Fire Department and EMS communities, Willmeng Construction set up an exhibit at the Fire & EMS Leadership Conference & Expo for a second straight year. This year’s conference, hosted by the Arizona Fire Chief’s Association (AFCA) and the Arizona Fire District Association (AFDA) in July at Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Spa, was intended to help prepare organizations to address certain challenges ahead.
Having completed construction on the Gilbert Fire Station No. 9 in August, Willmeng understands the importance of fire facilities to communities and how to effectively deliver a building to meet the user’s unique needs.
“Willmeng supports this effort because our team understands how critical fire facilities are to a community and we are driven by our passion to support the firefighting community,” said Keith Sabia, principal in charge at Willmeng.
Ashley Trejo, proposal manager at Willmeng, was the exhibitor of this year’s booth, which she described as “inviting” with a seating area to discuss both Willmeng’s construction experience and all things fire related with fire personnel. On the second night, Willmeng hosted a happy hour at the Saddle Ranch within Westgate, which had a great turnout of fire chiefs and other personnel from districts and municipalities throughout Arizona.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_media_grid grid_id=”vc_gid:1562078759423-efa0aab6-3c18-7″ include=”37985,37986,37987,37988,37989,37990″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
