This year has presented an unprecedented year of industry wins for the Willmeng team. During the online announcement of the 2020 RED Awards hosted by AZRE Magazine, Willmeng was nominated for three awards. Out of hundreds of submittals by other industry-leading contractors, Willmeng was awarded contractor of the year. This award speaks to the true testament of teamwork, among Willmeng employees and industry partners.
Each year, Willmeng delivers facilities that leave a lasting impact on the communities we serve and the clients we partner with. While working alongside a collaborative network of industry partners, Willmeng has completed dynamic projects large and small; from healthcare, education, and logistics to Class-A office.
In addition, Willmeng’s Northrop Grumman Launch Vehicles Division HQ project garnered much attention in the Best Office Over 300,000 and the Best Industrial Space categories. Going up against some of the most notable office and industrial projects in the state of Arizona, Willmeng went on to receive the Best Office Over 300,000 SF award at the ceremony.
While remaining busy all over the state of Arizona, Willmeng also built two large logistics facilities (Tolleson Logistics Center and West 202 Logistics Center) and a school expansion and renovation at the BASIS Flagstaff Campus. The year wouldn’t be complete without delivering a new office building for a confidential aerospace company, and a new interior for the AZ Spine & Joint Hospital and finished tenant improvement work at Sky Harbor Terminal 3.
