GYR2 – Minnezona

Separate from the GYR2 Project Hustle industrial building, the GYR2 Minnezona project in Goodyear, Arizona involved offsite work that entailed infrastructure improvements and preparatory developments; both fundamental to the overall functionality and accessibility of the 73-acre site. The project scope included laying down paving, installing a water line, and implementing storm drain piping. Additionally, the project involved the installation of streetlights and earthwork to prepare the site for future use.
