Deer Valley Business Center PHS 2 Bldg 4 & 8

The Deer Valley Business Center development in Phoenix, Arizona, involved the ground-up construction of five state-of-the-art industrial buildings across two adjacent project phases. The team developed a 48.35-acre site to include Buildings 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, totaling over 557,000 SF of advanced warehouse and distribution space. They constructed Buildings 4 and 8, each 151,563 SF, with 7-inch unreinforced slabs, tilt panel walls, and hybrid metal joists with panelized wood roof structures.

To support tenant flexibility, the team outfitted Buildings 4 and 8 with speculative suites, installing separation walls and designing for future tenant buildouts. They provided a combined 122 truck bays, skylights in each building, and dock-high loading access. The team also delivered supporting infrastructure, including 1,290 car parking spaces, 32 truck-and-trailer stalls, upgraded site lighting, a storm drain structure, and extensive landscaping with over 120 new trees and full irrigation systems. They achieved LEED certification for the buildings and integrated them seamlessly into the existing roadway network.
