As we expand our operations into Utah, we are bringing one of our core strengths to the region—our extensive expertise in industrial construction. This project exemplifies that capability and underscores our commitment to delivering large-scale, high-performance developments.

We are providing preconstruction services for a 70-acre industrial subdivision, encompassing approximately 3 million square feet of land—ample space to accommodate multiple buildings, roadways, utilities, and supporting infrastructure. Our scope includes Buildings 2 and 3, along with all subdivision infrastructure.
