Yugo Landing

Willmeng is revitalizing The Landing to deliver a contemporary, high-quality living environment for University of Utah students. Partnering with Global Student Accommodation (GSA), YUGO, and the WILL Group, the project transforms the 12-story 1950s high-rise into modern, code-compliant student housing.

The scope includes complete upgrades to finishes, fixtures, and building systems, beginning with common areas and model units to support pre-leasing, followed by full residential floor renovations. Due to the site’s urban constraints and high activity, the team employs just-in-time delivery and lean scheduling to optimize efficiency and minimize disruption.
