Gateway Interchange delivers 655,400 SF of Class A industrial space across seven buildings on a 50-acre site in Mesa, Arizona. The development will be completed in two phases: Phase I includes four buildings totaling 359,700 SF, and Phase II will add three buildings totaling 295,700 SF.
