Papago Commerce Center

This project involves the construction of two new LEED-certified shell warehouse buildings in Phoenix, Arizona. As the final parcel within the existing industrial park, the development completes the campus.

Building A totals 155,076 SF, and Building B totals 164,511 SF. Both buildings feature painted decorative tilt-up concrete panels, clerestory windows, and corner tenant entries with tall glazing and metal-clad canopies, delivering a modern, sustainable, and functional industrial facility.
