CLA Connection Center

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) desired a space centrally located in a multi-tenant building where they were able to create a distinct identity while extending their function to take advantage of the building amenities. This state-of-the-art space is designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and engagement. The CLA Connection Center embodies this by offering a space where ideas can flourish and connections can be made.

The CLA office is approximately 50,000 SF of tenant improvement featuring high-end millwork and ceiling finishes. The project includes distinctive spaces such as an Auditorium, Café, Handle Bar, and Recharge Center, each designed with premium finishes. Additionally, the scope includes upgrades to MEP systems, incorporating new high-end  lighting fixtures and enhancements to the mechanical system.
