Airpark Bldg 2 – NEC

The project involved tenant improvements, including structural reinforcement for rooftop units, new framing and drywall, millwork, acoustic ceilings, flooring, painting, and select FRP finishes within an active warehouse.. The scope also featured installation and commissioning of three RTUs with full HVAC systems, ductwork, exhaust fans, lighting, branch power, new panels, and transformer feeds, all of which were executed during normal business hours without disruption to ongoing operations.
