Summer 2024 has been a season of vibrant activity and meaningful connections for Willmeng. We proudly sponsored and participated in several prominent conferences across Arizona, each serving as a testament to our commitment to the construction industry and the communities we serve. Here’s a glimpse into how we engaged with various sectors and showcased our dedication to advancing the field.

We had a booth and a panel at the 2024 Arizona APWA Statewide Conference, which brought together public works professionals from across the state. Our presence underscored our role in supporting infrastructure development and community improvement. We engaged with industry leaders, shared insights on best practices, and discussed innovative solutions for public works challenges.

The 2024 AFCA/AFDA Fire & EMS Leadership Conference & Expo was an excellent platform for us to connect with fire and emergency medical services professionals. By participating, we highlighted our dedication to building facilities that support first responders and enhance emergency response capabilities. The exchange of ideas and networking with key stakeholders in the emergency services sector was both inspiring and invaluable.

The Arizona Association of School Business Officials Annual Conference had over 60 breakout sessions and keynote speakers addressing topics in school business management, it was a fantastic opportunity to connect and learn. At this event that brings together hundreds of Arizona’s school business officials and educational leaders each year, we had the opportunity to engage with the over 200 school districts and charter schools represented and explore new ways to support educational excellence.

We also attended the 74th Annual Arizona Parks and Recreation Association Conference and Expo. As sponsors of this long-standing event, we demonstrated our commitment to enhancing public spaces and recreational facilities. Alongside Dave Bang Associates, Inc. we hosted a Happy Hour during the conference to emphasize our role in developing community spaces that promote well-being and enrich the lives of Arizona residents.

Our involvement in these conferences went beyond mere presence. It was about reinforcing our position as a key player in the construction industry and showcasing our commitment to advancing the field. We exchanged knowledge with industry peers and explored new trends and technologies that can benefit our clients and projects. Networking with professionals across various sectors allowed us to build and strengthen relationships that are crucial for successful collaborations and community development. Attending these conferences kept us informed about the latest developments and challenges in different sectors, which in turn drives our innovation and problem-solving approaches.

As we move forward, we will continue to seek out opportunities to engage with industry leaders, support professional development, and contribute to the growth and well-being of the communities we serve. Here’s to many more opportunities to connect, learn, and lead in the months and years ahead.

Thank you to all who visited us at these events and engaged in meaningful discussions. We look forward to continuing our work together and making a positive impact through every project and partnership.
