Willmeng is constructing the $6.2 million, 107.8 thousand square foot building’s shell. Balmer Architectural Group is the project’s architect.
Allred Broadway Center is a single story industrial/office building designed for single or multi-tenant use. It sits on 10.53 acres and was sold to DARED 90, an Allred entity, by nonprofit companies Arizona Cotton Growers and Supima for $5.15 million.
“It’s a tilt panel building with high performance insulated vision glass in aluminum frames at the entrance,” said Trevor Stantus, Willmeng project manager.
Construction should wrap up in March 2017.
Willmeng truly enjoys working with Douglas Allread Company. This project marks Willmeng superintendent, Kevin Rentz’ sixth time working them.
“I like working with vice president and project manager, Cathy Exeter, and her professional team,” said Rentz. “I look forward to working with them on many more projects in the future.”
Stay tuned for more project updates![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
