Willmeng Construction is proud to have served as the general contractor for the newly opened Avondale Medical Office Building, a state-of-the-art facility that enhances healthcare access in the West Valley. On February 12, 2025, we joined Arizona Arthritis & Rheumatology Associates (AARA), Phoenix Heart, the City of Avondale, MCR Companies, and MRT Design in celebrating the official ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The 13,000-square-foot building houses two prominent healthcare providers:
- Arizona Arthritis & Rheumatology Associates (AARA): AARA expanded its services with 15 exam rooms and 8 infusion chairs, aiming to serve a broader patient base in the West Valley.
- Phoenix Heart: Phoenix Heart provides comprehensive cardiovascular care, enhancing cardiac services in the region.
This project exemplifies Willmeng Construction’s commitment to delivering quality healthcare facilities that meet the evolving needs of our communities. We are honored to have contributed to a development that significantly impacts patient care in the Avondale area.
