Hospitality Real Estate Counselors’ Bill Murney Honored as Broker of the Month

Willmeng Construction would like to recognize Senior Vice President, Bill Marney of Hospitality Real Estate Counselors (HREC) for his impressive, 30-year career. In 2016, he brokered over $200 million in hotel transactions, with major sales including the Firesky Resort in Scottsdale for KHP Capital Partners, the Beverly Heritage Hotel in Milpitas, Calif. for Fillmore Capital, and the Phoenix Airport Hilton for Waramaug Hospitality. He was recognized as Broker of the Month in the February 2017 Issue of Commercial Executive Magazine, where you can read more about him.
