Project Description: Tenant improvements for a world-leading metal forming supplier’s 166,700 square foot Phoenix facility including manufacturing, office, and warehouse space. Products produced include metal structures and roll-formed components and systems for the photovoltaic (PV), concentrated photovoltaic (CPV), and concentrated solar power (CSP) solar markets. The innovative products manufactured in the facility required a manufacturing-process design that significantly differed from their more typical manufacturing plants. Concurrent with the fast-track construction of the manufacturing area, Willmeng provided a phased, fast-track construction of 10,000 square feet office and manufacturing support areas.
