The interior construction included tenant improvements to multiple areas including 10,830 square feet of office space, 1,892 square feet of assembly space, 78,055 square feet of manufacturing space, a 19,858-square-foot warehouse facility, and 1,172-square-foot storage area. Additional scope included five new 3600AMP services, gas line service, cooling towers, chillers, Ergolift cranes and services to over 100 pieces of equipment.
