Willmeng Construction has finished work at the 98,643-square-foot Falcon Field Business Center in Mesa, which began construction on Nov. 28, 2017. Located at 3110 N. Greenfield Road, the industrial space was constructed by Willmeng Construction, designed by Butler Design Group, and is currently owned and managed by EastGroup Properties, Phoenix.

“This site is desirable because it’s in an infill around major transportation features such as airports and freeways, and also around major employers,” said Mike Sacco, vice president of EastGroup Properties. “Falcon Field Business Center has been designed with sustainable features to provide operating efficiencies and the foundation for a comfortable, green working environment for its future occupants. We have designed this building to attract aerospace, defense, light assembly, distribution and ecommerce businesses.”

“The Falcon Field Business Center will be an excellent addition to Mesa’s Falcon District and is well suited for the considerable demand we see for large, quality industrial space,” said City of Mesa Economic Development Director Bill Jabjiniak. “With proximity to 202 Red Mountain Freeway, Falcon Field Airport, and high-tech manufacturers such as Boeing, Orbital ATK, and Nammo Talley, we expect Falcon Field Business Center to be a prime location for advanced manufacturing, logistics, aerospace and defense companies.”

Property features include:

  • Frontage on Greenfield Road
  • Grade-level loading
  • Truckwell loading
  • 252 parking spaces
  • 3000 amps service, 277/480V
  • 40′ x 52′ column spacing
  • 30′ clear height
  • LED warehouse lighting
  • Fully sprinklered

Willmeng President and CEO James Murphy said, “Falcon Field is yet another project we are honored to work with EastGroup on delivering. As a state-of the-art business distribution center, the project will draw more quality businesses to a great city with a continued vision for assisting businesses in serving the global economy.”
