The 1,578-square-foot project in Queen Creek included demolition, interior and exterior improvements, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing updates.
“The goal of the project was to create new nurse stations and to enlarge the existing dialysis and renal facility so that Fresenius could treat nine additional patients,” said Dean Lutgen, project manager.
To deliver the project expediently, the Willmeng team thoroughly reviewed shop drawings before completing any work to make sure that plans aligned with the ONE! Architecture’s designs and specifications, and had weekly job meetings with the owner to review the schedule and completed work.
According to Lutgen, the hardest part was building out new space in an occupied medical clinic without disrupting day to day work. Project details include new non-load bearing interior partitions, painted walls and soffits, and sheet vinyl flooring and acoustical ceilings. Plumbing was installed for new hand sinks, and new wiring and lighting was added to the space.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
