Project Description: GlobalTranz is a rapidly growing operation that needed new space as cost effectively as possible with a very open concept to house a high-density call center. This innovative 70,347 SF tenant improvement project was assembled from a second generational space by combining two facilities into one space. Willmeng transformed the existing building into a modernized new space. This synergistic work atmosphere plays off of the fun colors and building structure to increase productivity and results. Custom design millwork finishes, a custom made tire chandelier, pallet walls, open office space and complete demolition of existing space all took place in the improvement of this project. The scope of the project grew from a large multi-phase tenant improvement to incorporating a complete lobby renovation, and the expansion of a parking lot to include 701 new parking spaces, including 60 covered spaces. The parking lot upgrades included site phasing and improvements surrounding existing occupied buildings.
