Healthways Expansion

The expansion of the existing Healthway’s secured facility was necessary to facilitate the health-conscious group’s ability to provide a fun and flexible working environment for their colleagues. The 13-phases of construction touched everyone in the occupied facility as colleagues were shifted to their new workstations. Conveniences include a recording and video studio, family-style dining area, yoga room and quiet areas. Inspiration is obtained through collaboration in the various huddle and small conference rooms, all with Idea paint to allow for magnetic and dry erase marker use. This synergistic work atmosphere plays off of the fun colors and building structure to increase productivity and results. Three large conference rooms with operable walls can be combined into one larger conference room, all with video and teleconferencing capabilities, allowing for large company meetings. A brightly colored training center with state-of-the-art equipment facilitates the learning process for new team members. The new 3,500-square-foot mailroom provides ample space to produce and handle brochures and other company material.
