After nearly two decades of dedication, leadership, and heart, we are officially bidding a fond farewell to a cornerstone of our team, Terry Rubenalt. With 17 incredible years at Willmeng under his belt, Terry has transitioned from a colleague to a mentor and, for many of us, a lifelong friend.

Terry’s impact on Willmeng cannot be measured simply by projects completed or years served. It is measured in the way he led—with a relentless drive for excellence paired with a genuine, unwavering kindness. He has been the steady hand in the face of challenges and the first person to offer encouragement to a teammate in need. Whether he was guiding a complex project or simply sharing a laugh in the office, Terry’s presence made our team stronger and our days brighter.
As Terry steps into this next chapter, we took a moment to reflect on the lasting impression he has left on everyone who had the privilege of working alongside him. He taught us that success isn’t just about the final build; it’s about the people you build it with.
While the office will certainly feel different without Terry’s daily presence, we couldn’t be happier for him as he begins his well-deserved retirement. We are eternally grateful for the 17 years of hard work, wisdom, and friendship he gave to this company.
