Phase II consists of three concrete-tilt buildings, totaling 166,280-square-feet, which are located at 154, 158 and 170 South Kyrene Road in Chandler.
“Future tenants will enjoy this first-generation space, which offers state-of-the-art features and easy freeway access for convenient product distribution,” says Mike Sacco, vice president at EastGroup Properties.
Additional amenities include sustainable design features, 24’ – 30’ clear-heights, abundant power, ESFR sprinklers and high door-to-floor ratios. Butler Design Group is the architect of the building’s shell and Evolution Design is the interior architect. At project completion, the six-building park will total 410,000-square-feet.
“With a tight deadline, a proactive approach to sequencing activities ensures that we will complete the project on time,” says Cody Phelan, Willmeng Principal-In-Charge.
Willmeng has worked on a number of EastGroup projects over the years.
The space is expected to be tenant-ready at year-end. Remaining available tenant space will range from 5,250-square-feet to 32,120-square-feet. Prospective tenants should reach Paul Sieczkowski or Rob Martensen of Colliers International at (602) 222-5000.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
