Best of NAIOP is one of the Commercial Real Estate industry’s most anticipated events, recognizing the best in everything from building and design to industry leaders. Willmeng Construction proved to be one of the industry’s “Best” once again, winning the 2016 Industrial Tenant Improvement of the Year award. The project that earned East Group / Willmeng top honors in this category was the build out of Stone Creek Furniture’s new distribution/warehouse and showroom located in Chandler, Arizona.
Willmeng tackled the 44,000 square foot project in three parts—the display area with a fully functional kitchen, the back offices, and warehouse areas. The Willmeng team worked closely with the developer and tenant to ensure their needs were met at every phase of construction.
