The Northrop Grumman transaction was one of complexity. The developer, Douglas Allred Company needed to secure financing for the $190 million deal before they had a space plan or construction drawings. Construction financing on this project had syndication with five different banks due to the size of the project and not being able to anticipate the cost, with the merging of two companies and accelerated schedule.

As a result, the teams employed their creativity, flexibility, and ingenuity to successfully deliver this project within the timeframe of 17 months. Thank you to the Douglas Allred Company, Balmer Architectural Group, and all of our trade partners who made this project a giant success for Chandler and the aerospace industry.
