The Northrop Grumman transaction was one of complexity. The developer, Douglas Allred Company needed to secure financing for the $190 million deal before they had a space plan or construction drawings. Construction financing on this project had syndication with five different banks due to the size of the project and not being able to anticipate the cost, with the merging of two companies and accelerated schedule.
As a result, the teams employed their creativity, flexibility, and ingenuity to successfully deliver this project within the timeframe of 17 months.
