After moving to the United States for higher education opportunities, Isam Ghandour earned a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering before eventually joining the Willmeng team as vice president and chief estimator. When he needed support the most, Willmeng as there and has been ever since, including the sponsorship of his citizenship application.
