The preconstruction efforts for the renovation of the 26,000 SF New Hope Academy High School in downtown Phoenix, AZ included the removal of various walls, partitions, and raised platforms. The complete interior buildout includes new exterior structures, a new third-floor balcony, an elevator, and new steel stairs, handrails, guardrails, and restrooms. There is also an addition of a reception/security desk, HVAC, new electrical, and flooring throughout. Once the project is complete, it will provide a flexible, holistic learning space for students who seek a non-traditional school environment.
