19th FL & Triadvocates

With sweeping views of downtown Phoenix, the 19th floor of the Two Renaissance Tower boasts four separate Class-A office suites all complete with the high-end finishes which have become synonymous with Willmeng’s work in this building. Specifically, this 17,700 SF floor was built out for Tri-Advocates – one of Arizona’s top lobbying firms – as well as three speculative suites and a common core with restrooms and an elevator lobby. The project features elegant recessed wood baseboards, two custom double glass sliding pocket doors, and designer lighting. In addition, the Tri-Advocates space showcased several offices with floor-to ceiling glazing, mediated conference rooms, collaborative spaces, and a breakroom. The three spec suites followed suit with their sharp design and attention to detail. All three suites featured several offices with floor-to-ceiling glazing, as well as open-office spaces, conference rooms, and break rooms. Highlights of the common core included the high-tech BAS (Building Automation System) integration of the lobby lighting with the building’s engineering systems as well as two stylish restrooms and a private ADA restroom.
