This two part Tenant Improvement project involved renovating a vacant newspaper distribution warehouse, including scope such as structure removal, concrete addition, HVAC modification, code-compliant improvements, and landscape enhancements.
Following this initial renovation, the 40,000 SF warehouse underwent an adaptive reuse to accommodate a Tesla vehicle collision repair center with 35,000 SF of service space and 5,000 SF of offices and storefront. Prework for the paint, preparation booths, and vehicle lifts was provided as well as support during the installation of each.
