Flexjet

Our teams are delivering a new aircraft hangar and two-story FBO/office building on airport property for Atlantic Aviation, supporting tenants Flexjet and Directional Aviation. The project involves demolition of an existing office building while preserving the surrounding hangars. The new facility will feature a Flexjet passenger terminal on the ground floor, with seasonal offices for Directional Aviation on the second floor. A below-grade parking structure will be constructed directly beneath the hangar, maximizing site functionality without expanding the footprint. Located on a parcel previously used as a parking lot, this development reflects a significant upgrade to existing airport infrastructure and supports long-term operational growth for its tenants.
