Axis Raintree

The Axis Raintree project included a three-story office building with a detached five-story parking structure. This Class-A office building features a combination of tilt walls and window wall exterior skin with a steel framed structure. The scope also included a shell mechanical system with looped system and main trunk duct for expansion during future tenant improvements.
