Ball Corp TI at Liberty Riverside

Ball Corp TI at Liberty Riverside is a tenant improvement project in an existing concrete tile panel building. The existing office area will remain as-is while the new scope will include 12 new hydraulic pit levelers and 3 new manual edge of dock levelers at existing dock positions, new led warehouse lighting, power for tenant provided equipment storage/dunnage area, and new roof openings for evaporative cooling units and relief vents.
