Banner Advanced Heart Failure Clinic

A fast-track project, the Banner Health Advanced Heart Failure Clinic is a build-out of highly specialized medical offices. Creative procurement and aggressive scheduling trimmed an otherwise eight-week schedule to just four weeks. In some cases, this meant borrowing available materials such as doors from other projects for immediate use in the offices. Despite the accelerated pace, Willmeng’s expertise with active facilities was on full display from start to finish. Willmeng completed the project on-time and under budget.
