Banner Ortho Paseo

This tenant improvement for Banner Ortho Paseo created a new orthopedic health clinic facility in Glendale. The scope of work included 2 X-ray rooms, 27 examination rooms, 2 cast rooms, a 40-seat lobby, 4 offices, 7 restrooms, 1 lounge, and 1 conference room. Willmeng also upgraded the front ADA entrance. The Willmeng preconstruction team was given one year to evaluate multiple locations. The location selected had floor moisture, which the team was able to include in the budget and mitigate successfully. Collaboration with the office building facilities group, as well as the adjacent tenants allowed for an accelerated schedule and a completion date approximately one month earlier than the contractual completion date.
