Basis Schools Phoenix

Willmeng oversaw the renovations that added additional classrooms, a music room, and a martial arts room to the school. Work consisted of a full-scale tenant improvement in the downtown Phoenix mid-rise urban campus. Additional work included the occupied renovation of several existing classroom areas and the modernization of campus restroom facilities. All work was completed between spring break and early summer while the campus was fully occupied.
