City of Mesa Police Department Headquarters Renovation

The project involves remodeling the headquarters to optimize the facility for police functions and create a welcoming community space. This includes complete interior demo of the existing Mesa PD HQ building (five levels – four above grade and a basement). New tenant improvements include full replacements of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, new elevators, new glazing systems, structural improvements as required, new building addition for mechanical air handlers, office space buildout on floors 1 through 4, and new holding/detention facilities in the lower level.
