Collier Center Renovations

This project was a multi-layered tenant improvement consisting of renovating the Level 2 existing lobby and exterior common areas, a new amenities build-out on Level 2, a Bike Room on Level 1, and the build-out of the 3rd floor for a future roof-top event space. The interior portion of this tenant improvement was a complete gut of the occupied Lobby for new finishes including custom full-height wood paneling as well as a new & relocated Reception & Security Desk.  The desk relocation included the transfer of all special systems for a high-riser tower including but not limited to fire alarm, elevator, data, access control, & camera systems. The amenities build-out is comprised of new restrooms, locker rooms, a gym, library, event space, management office, and tenant conference rooms. Our scope in this area also included steel reinforcement of the 3rd FL Deck for the future rooftop event space. The exterior scope consists of demolition of the existing hardscape for new pavers, planter beds, landscaping, & new site lighting.
