Cosma Power Systems

This project consisted of tenant improvements for a world-leading metal forming supplier’s 166,700-SF Phoenix facility, including manufacturing, office, and warehouse space. Products produced include metal structures and roll-formed components and systems for the photovoltaic (PV), concentrated photovoltaic (CPV), and concentrated solar power (CSP) solar markets. The innovative products manufactured in the facility required a manufacturing-process design that significantly differs from that of typical manufacturing plants. Concurrent with the fast-track construction of the manufacturing area, Willmeng provided a phased, fast-track construction of 10,000 SF of office and manufacturing support areas.
