Willmeng provided Construction Management services for the Daikin Tenant Improvement project within Building D at Mack Innovation Park, located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Developed for The Mack Company, the 42,000 SF interior build-out transformed an existing shell space into a modern office, meeting, and support areas customized to Daikin’s operational requirements. The scope of work included the construction of new partitions, and upgrades to , electrical, and plumbing systems. The team also installed high-quality finishes and achieved seamless integration with the building’s base systems to support long-term functionality and comfort.
