Daisy Mountain Fire Station No. 144

Daisy Mountain Fire Station 144 is a ground-up, 11,290 SF facility constructed for the Daisy Mountain Fire District in Desert Hills, AZ. The building program includes four apparatus bays, support offices, eight dormitory rooms, a fitness room, turnout gear lockers, and dedicated decontamination areas. Site work encompasses installation of underground wet utilities, Litchfield and site improvements, propane gas tank installation, and an emergency generator to ensure operational resilience. The project also features comprehensive landscape development, CMU site walls, a sliding gate, and wrought iron perimeter fencing to enhance security and site functionality.
