Deer Valley Business Center Building 5 and 6 Spec Suites

The Deer Valley Business Center Building 5 and 6 Speculative Suite project delivered 2,568 SF of office space in each suite, along with a combined 53,282 SF of warehouse improvements. Willmeng constructed new offices, conference rooms, break areas, and restrooms while upgrading HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout both buildings. With the completion of these suites, Willmeng has now delivered seven speculative suites and one tenant improvement on the DVBC campus.
