Desert Cove – Project Ruby

This warehouse, shipping, and receiving office TI project included 20 dock positions, replacement of an electric fire pump with a 2,500 GPM diesel pump, 12 forklift charging stations, along with motorized gates and exterior upgrades. Despite challenges such as the tenant needing to be in the facility a month early in an already tight three-month schedule, the team and trade partners added crews and worked additional hours for the duration of the project to meet the compressed schedule.
