Frito Lay at Peoria Logitics Park is a 155,000 SF tilt-up, build-to-suite distribution facility with 45 truck docks and a CMU maintenance facility. The project also includes dedicated office space, which consists of a lobby/reception area, training areas, open office space, a server room, conference rooms, restrooms, and a break room.
